What is app quality testing?

App quality testing means using a pre-release version of HashLime on your own phone and telling us what works and what doesn’t. Testers catch crashes, confusing screens, slow loading, and contract or withdrawal problems before an update reaches everyone.

What testers do

  • Install the test version from Google Play using a private invite link.
  • Use the app normally for a few days: mining, contracts, wallet and profile.
  • Report bugs and ideas through the contact form or Google Play feedback.
  • Update when a new test version arrives.

Your accounts stay secure

Testing runs through Google Play, so installs and sign-in are handled by Google. We only ask for your Gmail address to add you to the tester list. We never ask for your password, verification codes, wallet seed phrase or private keys. You can leave the testing program at any time.

Is HashLime free to download?

Yes. The app is free on Google Play and includes a free Daily Miner and an ad-supported Ad Miner. Paid contracts are optional.

Which version is the latest?

The latest update is version 6.1.1. Open Google Play and tap Update, or turn on auto-update for HashLime.

Should I invest real money I can’t afford to lose?

No. HashLime shows estimated earnings, and the BTC price moves with the market. Only spend what you are comfortable with and read the in-app “Good to know” note before buying a contract.

Does the app show ads?

Yes. Ads support the free miners. You can read how ads and wallet records are handled in the Privacy policy.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile in the app and choose delete account. Cancel any active subscription in Google Play first, or you may keep being billed. Full steps are on the Delete account page.

Which devices are supported?

HashLime is built for Android phones and tablets running Android 8 or above. It is available on Google Play.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what HashLime collects, why, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to it.

What we collect

  • Account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and a unique account ID.
  • App activity. Your balance, miners and their timers, settings, statistics, wallet transactions, purchases and referral records, stored so your progress is the same on every device.
  • Withdrawal details. The wallet address and amount you enter when you request a withdrawal.
  • Device and usage data. Basic diagnostics and analytics that help us fix bugs and improve the app.

How we use it

To run your account and mining, show live earnings, process contracts and withdrawals, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve HashLime.

Ads

HashLime shows ads, including rewarded ads that add free mining power. Ad partners may use device identifiers to show ads and measure results. You can limit ad personalization in your Android settings.

Services we use

We use Google Sign-In, Firebase (authentication, database and analytics) and Google Play for purchases. A public market API provides the BTC/USD price. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Messages you send us

When you use the contact form we store your name, email address, topic and message so we can reply and keep a record of your request.

Cookies and similar storage

This website stores your cookie choice on your device. If you accept all, we may also use analytics to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

User testing team

If you join the testing team we collect your Gmail address, and your name and device details if you add them, only to add you to the Google Play testing group and to contact you about testing. This information is stored in our database (Google Firebase). We never ask for your password, verification codes, seed phrase or private keys.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers above, when the law requires it, or to protect the app and its users.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account inside the app, which permanently removes your profile, contracts, wallet balance and referral earnings. See Account access.

Children

HashLime is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of HashLime. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

HashLime is a cloud Bitcoin mining app. It lets you activate free miners and buy mining contracts, track estimated earnings and request withdrawals of your mined balance.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for all activity on it. One person may keep one account.

3. Contracts and payments

  • Contracts are bought through Google Play and run for the term shown (30 days for paid contracts).
  • Rewards shown in the app are estimates. They depend on the plan terms and are not a promise of profit.
  • Auto-renew applies where shown. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play.
  • Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy and applicable law.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be sent from the Google account you registered with and must meet the minimum for the chosen network. Network fees apply. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, so check the wallet address before you confirm.

5. Risk

Bitcoin prices are volatile. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose. Nothing in HashLime is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use bots, exploits, multiple accounts or false referrals, and do not try to interfere with the app or other users. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Referrals

Referral rewards are paid on eligible contract purchases by people who join with your code. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are not eligible.

8. Availability and changes

We may update the app, change or pause contracts, or run maintenance. We may also update these terms, and continued use means you accept the new version.

9. Liability

HashLime is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, price movements, network delays or losses from wrong wallet addresses.

Account access

Sign in, recover access and delete your account.

Sign in

HashLime uses Google Sign-In. Open the app on your Android device and choose your Google account. There is no separate password to remember.

Open on Google Play

Can’t sign in?

  • Make sure you use the same Google account you registered with.
  • Update HashLime to version 6.1.1 from Google Play.
  • Check your internet connection and try again.
  • Still stuck? Contact us with the email you sign in with.

Delete your account

You can delete your account without contacting us:

  • Cancel any active subscription in Google Play first, or you may keep being billed.
  • In HashLime, open the Profile tab and choose delete account.
  • Confirm. This cannot be undone.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, contracts, wallet balance and referral earnings. Withdraw any balance you want to keep before you delete.

If you can’t open the app, send a deletion request from the contact form using the email linked to your account.
