Delete my account

Ask the HashLime team to permanently remove your Miner account and the data stored with it. Every request is reviewed before anything is deleted.

Sign in with the Google account you use for HashLime. This proves the account is yours, so nobody else can see or delete your data.

We only use this sign-in to find and delete your HashLime account.

⚠ Request account deletion

Your account is not deleted right away. Your request is sent to the HashLime team. We review it, and your account stays active and keeps mining until we decide.

If we approve it, your mining balance, miners, transaction history, monthly statistics, referral code and profile are permanently deleted. This cannot be reversed.
If we cannot approve it, for example because of a pending payout, your account is kept and we show you the reason here.
Deleting does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or you may still be charged.

Payment and withdrawal records (what was bought or paid out, and when) may be kept for accounting and legal reasons, as described in our privacy policy.

Reason (optional) I understand that if my request is approved, my account, balance and miners will be permanently deleted and this cannot be reversed.
