01Introduction and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are the agreement between you and HashLime ("we", "our", "us") for the HashLime mobile app (the "App") and the HashLime website (the "Website"). Please read them carefully.

By downloading the App, creating an account, buying a contract or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use HashLime.

02The HashLime service

HashLime is a cloud Bitcoin mining app. It lets you activate free miners, buy mining contracts, follow your estimated earnings and request withdrawals of your mined balance.

Mining happens in the cloud. The App does not mine on your phone and does not use your device's processor to mine.

03Eligibility and your account

• Age: you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• Google sign-in: you create and access your account with a Google account, in the App or on the Website. You are responsible for everything that happens on it.
• One person, one account: you may keep only one HashLime account. Do not share it, sell it or transfer it.
• Keep it secure: protect your Google account with a strong password and two-step verification. Tell us quickly if you think someone else has used it.
• Accurate details: the information you give us must be true and kept up to date.

If you create an account on the Website, the same account is used in the App when you sign in with the same Google account.

04Contracts, payments and renewals

• Contracts are bought through Google Play and run for the term shown at purchase (30 days for paid contracts).
• The price, hash power and term are shown before you confirm. Your payment is handled by Google Play, and we do not store your full card details.
• Where auto-renew is shown, your contract renews at the end of its term until you cancel. Manage or cancel renewals in your Google Play subscriptions.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and the law that applies to you. A contract that has already started mining may not be refundable.
• Taxes and fees charged by Google Play or your payment provider are your responsibility.

05Earnings are estimates

Earnings shown in HashLime, including "Est. reward" and "Est. / day", are estimates. They change with Bitcoin network difficulty, the Bitcoin price and plan terms.

06Wallet and withdrawals

• Registered account only: withdrawals can only be requested from the Google account you registered with.
• Networks: you can send your mined balance to a Lightning, Bitcoin or BNB wallet, as shown in the App.
• Minimums and fees: each network has a minimum amount. Network fees apply and are shown before you confirm.
• Check your address: blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. If you enter a wrong or unsupported address, we cannot recover the funds.
• Review: we may review a withdrawal to prevent fraud and abuse. Processing can take time, and we may ask you to confirm who you are.
• Your own wallet: use a wallet that you control. We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.

07Referral program

If you invite friends with your referral code, you may earn a reward on eligible contract purchases made by people who join with your code.

• Self-referrals, fake accounts and referrals gained through spam, misleading ads or false claims are not eligible.
• An inviter can be linked to an account only once and cannot be changed afterwards.
• We may change or end the referral program, and we may withhold or reverse rewards that came from abuse.

08Free miners and ads

The App contains ads, shown through Google AdMob. Watching an ad powers the Ad Miner. Ads and free miners are provided to keep HashLime running.

• Do not click ads on purpose to earn more, or use tools to skip or fake ad views.
• Free miners have no cash value, and we may change their size or length.
• You can manage ad personalization in your Android settings. See our Privacy Policy.

09Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, emulators, exploits or any tool that gives you an unfair advantage;
• create multiple accounts or use false referrals;
• attack, overload, reverse engineer or try to break into the App, the Website or our servers;
• use HashLime for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that is illegal where you live;
• pretend to be HashLime, our staff or another user;
• upload harmful code, or send us abusive, threatening or false messages.

10Suspension and closing your account

We may warn you, limit features, withhold rewards, suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts others at risk, or is needed to follow the law. Where we can, we will tell you why.

You can stop using HashLime at any time. To delete your account and data, follow the steps in our Privacy Policy. Withdraw your balance first, because deleted accounts cannot be restored.

11Risks and no advice

• Bitcoin prices are volatile and can fall sharply.
• Mining rewards depend on factors we do not control.
• Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.
• Nothing in HashLime is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn or withdraw.
• Rules about cryptocurrency differ by country. You are responsible for using HashLime in a way that is legal where you live.

12Intellectual property

The HashLime name, logo, App, Website, designs and content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, modify or build products from it without our written permission.

13Third-party services

HashLime works with services we do not run, including Google Sign-In, Google Play, Google AdMob and blockchain networks. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

14Changes to the app and these terms

We may update the App, change or pause plans and free miners, or run maintenance, sometimes without notice. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page and tell you in the App's message center. If you keep using HashLime after the change, you accept the new Terms.

15Disclaimers and limits of liability

HashLime is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work, be error-free or be available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, Bitcoin price movements, network delays or failures, losses from a wrong wallet address, or problems caused by third-party services. Where the law does not allow a limit, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

16Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where HashLime's operator is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. If we have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to fix it fairly and quickly.

If one part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
